Grande Terra is a magnificent property that is situated in the unspoiled area of Kiotari beach, only 1 minute drive from the beach (300 meters). It offers an incredible private swimming pool 6x3 and a relaxing furnished patio. The property conveniently accommodates up to 9 people. It is the ideal place to collect unforgettable memories and enjoy your holidays in peace with your friends or family.

Grande Terra is tastefully decorated in a modern and contemporary way connected each floor with external stairs.Each floor has 2 incredible fully air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds which can become single also and flat screen TVs. Also, there are 2 bathrooms with bathtubs in total. Each floor has a fully equipped kitchen, suitable for any meal preparation, and a seating area where you can enjoy your meal. In the same area, there’s a living room with a sofa and a smart TV with Netflix. There’s free Wi-Fi access throughout the property. Outdoors, there’s a private swimming pool with sunbeds and parasols and a beautifully furnished patio. Guests will find a BBQ installation for the preparation of tasty meals and seating areas.

Guests will find the nearest beach within 1 minute driving distance (300 meters). Kioari village is a peaceful place and is found within 5-minute drive. You’ll find all your necessary urban conveniences such as supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, and car rentals. You should visit Prasonisi, the most impressive beach on the island, which is only a 30-minute drive away. Guests should not miss visiting Lindos which is about a 20-minute drive far from Kiotari beach. Lindos Acropolis is the most breathtaking archaeological site of Rhodes and has the most inspiring beaches. Also, visitors should explore the Old Town of Rhodes, a UNESCO World Heritage, at a distance of about an hour's drive away from the suite. The airport and the center of Rhodes are located an hour's drive away.
