one of Villa Metis's many charms. This idyllic Rhodes holiday rental
offers captivating sea views, modern and spacious living areas, and a
great location. From the villa's terraces, it seems like the sandy
beach and warm turquoise water are at your doorstep, and indeed,
Gennadi Beach is only a 1-minute walk away.

Overview
Villa Metis is located in Gennadi, Rhodes. This detached vacation
rental property offers air-conditioning, Free Wi-Fi and sleeps up to 6
people with 3 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms. There is a private pool
(South-East Facing) with barbecue and Sea views. Walking distance to
the Beach and Restaurants.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EUR per person is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or prior to arrival.
Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.

Pets - not allowed

It has everything you need, with a nice bonus of a dishwasher. The terrace had a beautiful view of the pool and a green garden. The villa is in a quiet part of Rhodes. The beaches were great and provided plenty of fun for our children. The well-equipped kitchen made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Beautiful view

The property was very clean and in good condition. There were a few details which, if addressed, would make the property a 5 star. First, for guests not accustomed to disposing of toilet in the bins, it would be nice to ensure a daily supply of trash bags. There were absolutely no kitchen linens to dry or wash dishes. There was also no dishwasher soap and not hot mitts (essential) if you’re going to use the oven. The property management was responsive and did what they could address. The coffee maker did not work and they did reimburse us for a new one.
