Boasting a large swimming pool that is ideal for getting your morning lengths in, a covered outdoor lounge and dining space, as well as comfortable sun loungers, this villa also has the luxury of providing stunning views of the countryside. Beautifully designed throughout, with meticulous attention to detail, Villa Pefko boasts 3 spacious modern bedrooms with patio doors leading out to the pool area, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and living room with all of the home from home comforts you could ever need. The living room also has NETFLIX TV for your entertainment. Situated just a 10 minute walk to Gennadi village and beach, this villa’s location will allow you to make the most of every second of your vacation, whether you spend the day on the beach or head down to Prasonissi beach, where every extreme water sport you could imagine is available to enjoy.

To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide. The front door has a width of 83cm and the other doors that access the pool area are 83cm wide. The villa grounds are hilly. All of the bedrooms have a door width of 69cm and ensuites have a door width of 69cm. Rund um super

Es hätte nicht besser sein können, einige Einrichtungen sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber dem gesamt Bild tut dies keinen Abbruch. Lage und Preis Leistung sind absolut top. Ein großes Lob an den Service von Rocko. Tägliche poolpflege und immer eine helfende Hand dabei. Wir kommen sicher wieder:
