The kitchen boasts a double oven and double sink, microwave, Keurig, drip coffee maker, and French Press. Large selection of cooking and baking essentials as well as glassware, dishware, and utensils. Full size front loading washer and dryer in separate laundry area. Bright and open living room has two couches, Sony smart TV, and dinette table that seats four or converts to a work station with views. Hardwood floors throughout. Incredible location on the southside of Richmond on the established and sought after side of Forest Hill Avenue. Mapped within Westover Hills West, adjacent and walking distance to Westover Hills and iconic Riverside Drive. Local restaurants, coffee shops, hiking trails, and parks within a ten minute drive. The property was clean abd felt safe. We enjoyed walks around the neighborhood. Nice location to all that Richmond has to offer. The owner was prompt to any questions I had. Also the bed was so comfortable. Would rent again.
