One of the elevators were down and the one that worked was noisy and shaky Burn holes all throughout both beds. Tv had a line down the middle we couldn’t see it. The bathroom was terrible the roof of the bathroom look like it was going to fall through at any given time and the sockets were filthy and faulty. I plugged my phone up and a roach came out of it. Will never book here again.
We were also missing a smoke detector l.
This is the ceiling that looked like it was going to cave in

Dirty, run down, disgusting

This place is disgusting and run down. There were bugs in the bathroom, dead bugs smushed on the wall along with God knows what other stains on the wall, the curtains/blankets/sheets were stained and gross, the bathroom door wouldn’t even shut. The mattress felt like I was sleeping on a wooden board. The lights through the halls flicker, the elevators have profanity scribbled all over them. This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

The hotel was rundown and poorly maintained. The front desk had magic marker scribbles and bullet proof type glass. There was profanity scratched into the elevator walls. The halls have cracked linoleum. The beds are are worn out with flat off-colored pillows. We immediately left and found a better place.

Well it was not a bad stay. They need to kind of remodel there facility a bit. My motel room door didn’t have a safety latch on the it. Only one of the elevators was working. It was inexpensive but you get what you pay for.

I keep coming back.

I have stayed here many times now and I keep coming back because for the price I don't think you can get better in the area. It's a affordable hotel, so often you're going to have noisy neighbors that you will hear, especially if you are put in a connecting room. The beds are pretty hard and the bathrooms aren't comparable to the Ritz by any means but the ladies that clean do a good job for the amount of rooms they have to turnover every day.

I left a review before and was very upset. But I will say this time was much better than before. It’s very convenient and very clean and comfortable. It’s very affordable and I apologize for leaving a review when I was angry. The rules are the rules and if there is ever another time. I will check out then check back in. Thanks again Dominion inn you guys are really great and a life saver in a time of need.!

Front desk person rude. Didn’t have enough towels/shampoo & when I went to ask for more the front desk person told me I’d have to get them from the maids. I asked the maid on our way out to lunch, we never received more towels/shampoo. There were roaches in our room. No ice machines on property & the vending machine took our money.

The check-in process was satisfactory, thanks to the polite gentleman who assisted me. However, the hotel did not match the online description. It is an older facility, and I believe the pricing should be lower, as it does not reflect the value provided. Additionally, there is no breakfast included. The elevator was quite unsettling, making a lot of noise during operation. Overall, this hotel appears to need better management to enhance its appeal, especially considering its good location for business.

The hotel is in terrible operating conditions. Hotel staff is overwhelmed and limited. Only one working elevator and it's extremely slow. Hallways smell like smoke and mildew. Hotel is near the airport, but still a very seedy location. Old and worn bedding and towels. It's affordably priced for a reason; I would not recommend not will I stay there again. Better off sleeping in the car and showering at a nearby gym if you're funds are this low.

The hotel has roaches, poorly clean room, drug paraphernalia, water leaking from the AC and mold everywhere. I spoke with the front desk and let them know, I asked them for a refund and they said yes but I'd have to go through Expedia. Per Expedia agent: "Tayia I just spoke to the Front Office Manager on this and managed to get the refund for you for the unused night here that will be for 7th Jul, please do not worry our backend team will be placing the refund here for you and update you at the earliest. The refund will be processed within 24 hours on our end and you should receive it within 7-10 business days depending on your bank's policy." "I understand totally I would have loved to help you with the full amount but as the money needs to be released from the hotel here and the Front Office Manager declined so here we have option further option I hope you understand our limitations" "I am truly sorry for all these you have to go through, I would like to inform you that as a token of apology we would like to offer you an amount of $25 as a token of apology from our end as we really never want our guest to go through these situation. I truly apologize for the inconvenience you’ve experienced." Received an email A few days ago stating, "Unfortunately, after multiple tries, we weren't able to obtain an approval from the property manager to waive the cancellation fee. This means the current rules and restrictions for your booking apply and a refund can't be granted."
