BUG Problems

Its unfortunate that they have a roach problem on multiple floors. Needs to be treated asap- it would be a good location for travelers if there wasnt any. Old and outdated floors and decor.

This property was ridiculous. First of all the elevator was slow it like it didn’t hardly wanna work. They need to do some major renovations in this hotel. The currents was nasty. The TV will not work. I mean it’s just nasty. The bathroom didn’t have a place where you could put the toilet paper on the toilet paper we had to sit on the sink I mean it’s just nasty real nasty. I will not be coming back.

Not customer oriented, asked for tooth care items and comb, no; asked to borrow a phone charging cable, no. The heat fan is very noise, no way to turn off fan unless turn off the heater completely. If so, it’s getting cold. There are small bugs running around in bathroom. Not a pleasant experience at all

Front desk lady very rude.. If we spent out of our pockets instead of Expedia we could stay longer, cold air coming through Windows and hole in ac unit, leaks from upstairs, no lock on the door, nothing but smoke coming into our room, loud next door and bearing on walls and talking about handing out drugs and prescription drugs no ice, carts, one working elevator and never cleaned parking lot, floors and elevator of ice and snow with no caution signs. No mats anywhere sink in bathroom totally moving and leaking. Couldn't even adjust the heat. Shower controls kept moving and got burned...Stay in your car instead

The room was like prison cell. No carpet, no closet, no chair. I was uncertain about the freshness and cleanliness of the bedsheets, towels, bathroom, and floor. I imagine the motel is a crash pad for workcrews, and/or a dormitory for migrant workers. I suggest it be removed from Expedia.
