Loved staying in the Short Pump area. This hotel is convenient to so many restaurants and shops. The room was clean and spacious and the breakfast features a different type of breakfast sandwich every day. My husband couldn’t wait to go down and have breakfast every morning.

We would highly recommend staying at the home two suites in short pump. The hotel is beautiful. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. The mall which is within walking distance is unbelievable and has almost any store you could think of and amazing restaurants. We love sitting out on the patio and people watched.We will definitely be back.

Nice place

The staff was super friendly. The only complaints we have about our stay was the smell of some cleaning product (maybe fabulouso or something similar) was a bit overwhelming and the pool area was a bit dark. Other than that it was great!

I enjoyed my stay, room was very spacious, clean and nice but bathroom was small, clean, but small. Definitely couldve used some of the unused space of the room to add to bathroom size. Me and others on the elevators were discussing the humid and hot hallways on the floors, it was very uncomfortable walking to the room. I didnt like having to pay for parking. It was just another way to get more money. Breakfast was good. I wish they had to go boxes and bags to make it easy to transport if you wanted to take food back to your room. Staff was also friendly.

It was nice the first time we stayed and then slowly started going downhill. Our room we were assigned was not cleaned when we walked in and the auto shade just fell right out of the track when we closed it. We were then assigned another room and the shade on the widow did the same thing but I was able to stop it before it fell out. No dog bags at the dog area. The breakfast was nice.
