We stayed 3 nights and the room was not cleaned once even after we made a special request that it be done. I asked for 4 sets of extra towels and we were only given two. There were no luggage carts available as we were checking out. The breakfast was never fully stocked. Trash bins around the hotel were always full. The carpet needed vacuuming. The coffee/tea area was always dirty.
The room was awesome and clean. I just had trouble with controlling the thermostat. The staff initially was overwhelmed, but was able to get our reservation straight. The stay overall was really good and I would stay at the same hotel again.
For a new hotel we had no hot water. Room was nice
Breakfast was poor. The hostess seemed annoyed when asked about simple things like can we have some milk. Or can you get the pancake maker working. We usually have breads or muffins but not here. Although she seemed happy about getting food for herself to eat. When I or others asked the front desk person to help we thought she was talking to us but she was on her phone talking through her airpods She was on her phone all the time. Check in took long because all the staff were in the room on the left. Won’t stay here again. Thanks

No housekeeping in three day stay. Elevator broken. Two fire alarms. One at 5:15 am. Night staff clueless. Charged us twice and gave us wrong room and said they couldn't do anything about it. Overall, terrible stay. Find somewhere else.

Second room for kids was completely wrong and they didn't fix it when we asked. Overall, worst stay I've ever had in a hotel.
