Place is great, except every single time i stay here it sounds like a bunch of kids running and jumping above me when i stay on the 3rd floor. Even after midnight its just constant running and banging. Im typing this right now as its happening and ive been coming here for two or three years off and on.

A perfectly nice room for the price, and having a full mini-kitchen a definite plus. Would have rated it 5 stars but a $55 per fee for one night is too high. (Only $5 for subsequent nights, but for the typical one-night stay, who cares?)

Although the property is only two years old, it smells significantly older due to a strong and persistent odor of smoke and marijuana. The floors in our room were visibly dirty and dusty. The bathroom light switch had dried blood on it, and the toilet had not been properly cleaned, with visible fecal streaks remaining. Additionally, the front desk is not consistently staffed and closes early, making assistance difficult to obtain. This is a very basic hotel with poor cleanliness standards and no amenities. My family and I stayed here only because we urgently needed lodging while attending a volleyball tournament in the area. Had other hotels not been fully booked, we would not have chosen to stay at this property.

you need ddog waste stations outside. no one is cleaning up after their pets and it is discustingly dirty. you cant even walk your dog in the area provided.

There is hair in the bed and throughout the shower. Shower did not get hot and there was little to no water pressure in the shower. The toilet can’t flush because there is no water in it.

The HVAC unit needs to be cleaned. The toilet wouldn't flush nor fill without lifting the cover. Worst was the dirty hallway really was filthy and smell cannabis in the bedding cover was notably present. Though i did learn the hotel is used for short stay special housing and One Nighters which might explain the odors. +'s Convenient location and affordable

Room was clean. Wall very thin and there was a lot of hallway noise. Blinds were broken. No hot water for shower, only warm, and no water pressure. There were a lot of long term renters there. Entire outside surrounding was full of dog poop, and renters smoking pot. Would not recommend.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The receptionist was rude and unprofessional from the moment I arrived. The property itself was dirty, had a terrible odor, and clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly in a long time. Even the vending machines were sold out of basic items like water. I booked this hotel because the listing clearly stated a $5 pet fee and a $50 refundable deposit. However, when I arrived, I was told the fee was actually $55 and the deposit was non-refundable. This felt misleading and dishonest. Overall, the hotel was poorly maintained, the staff was unhelpful, and the actual charges didn’t match what was advertised. I definitely would not stay here again.

This is a 2 year old property (Great). No Breakfast Provided (not so Great). Bed Frame could be covered with a skirt or a Hard-Skirt to the floor. Bed could also have a better Bread Spread. The current Bed Spread does not a have an appropriate better Blanket. Finally the current "not opened" lobby policy leaves all the guests to "fence for themselves" overnight. Lobby and Front Desk are Closed for the night (although there is a phone number to call for the attendant behind the front desk closed doors. Location is a bit away from the main street (route 1) I understand the cost related to these ideas/comments to be remedied, improved or addressed, affecting the bottom line. Just a thought for this brand.

The reason we chose this hotel was for the kitchen suite. They do provide a kitchen but they do not supply any kitchenware, not a dish, not a pan or silverware, not even a coffee pot in the room.

The room was filthy and stunk. The refrigerator was black on the bottom and filthy throughout. There was smeared dog feces on the floor and the room stunk of cigarettes. We were moved to a different room.

I never write bad reviews and overall, the room and the bathroom were spacious and very clean and the bed was comfortable. But you had to have a key card to access the front desk so I had to ask another guest to let me in to check in. Then I waited 15 minutes at the empty front desk, I rang the bell and even phoned the hotel but it disconnected after one ring. Finally someone appeared and reluctantly checked me in. The walls were paper thin so there was a lot of traffic noise and I could hear everything from the rooms either side. The AC was blasting continuous freezing air no matter what temperature you put the thermostat on so I had to turn it off and then the room smelled like wet dog. The front desk was unmanned from 10pm to 9am each night so I had to take my car keys with me when I walked the dog in case my key card died and I had to sleep in my car! The parking lot and grass areas were very dark and nobody had picked up their dog poop so it was a minefield.
