This Home was fully renovated in 2023. It is centrally-located two blocks from the Reservoir in a peaceful quite neighborhood. Great parking out front and easy access. The floor plan is spacious airy with vaulted ceilings and the rooms comfortable for work or play. Wake up well rested with our awesome beds.

1400 square foot home. Master bedroom has a Standard, (very wide ), King sized bed and has its own full sized Bath with Shower Tub combination which and is located downstairs. The Master Bed Room also has a work station Desk for computer work or play. The Master Bedroom also has its own Outdoor Patio connected to it.



The Home has a completely fenced back yard.



There is a another bedroom downstairs which has a Queen Bed.



Upstairs LOFT also has Standard, (very wide ), King sized bed which is very large with its own private Full Sized Bathroom with Tub Shower combination. Book now.



You will occupy the whole home with Keyless entry. This home is not shared with anyone else. Book now.



You must be age 25 or older to book this home and be able to provide us a copy of your drivers license upon demand and if you do not provide us your ID, then Host has the right to cancel your reservation within 72 hours of you making your reservation. Book now.



Guest can have cleaning service in their home once per month and this shall be an additional charge depending on what they want done. For example if they want all linens and towels washed, bed made, bathrooms and kitchen fully cleaned, then the cost shall be an additional charge of $199.00 per incident. If a long term stay, we require at least cleaning one time per month and this shall be an additional charge.

This Property is in a weirdly convenient location. The quality of the interior of this home is high standards. Great layout, convenient parking and everything is or was as promised. This home was so cute and so close to the reservoir. 3BR, 2 BA, stocked kitchen, W/D, very clean. Allowed us to stay in 1 location for family reunion. Owners were super responsive also. Pls check this place out!
