Master bedroom upstairs with walk-out balcony and views to South San Juan Mountains. En suite full bath off master. Pull-down old-western Murphy bed in downstairs great room. Fully equipped kitchen, opening to spacious rear deck. High-speed DSL; professional-quality wireless network. TV (Dish). Decorated with beautiful western and Native American prints; many interesting antiques. House is cool in summer and warm in winter. Security gate with remote control. Paved drive to front door; ample parking. Surrounding meadow typically filled with varied bird life, deer, elk, coyote and other furry visitors. Year 'round, mule deer are at your front porch. Elk herd in winter. Hike in our gently West-sloping pasture/meadow, or take many hikes in surrounding area. Our area, in July 2020, was designated as a "Dark Sky" region, joining other Dark Sky locations such as Arches National Park, Great Sand Dunes National Park and Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park.
