Amazing stay but the owner is an a**hole

The stay itself was fantastic. Great location, nice room with ocean view. Very clean and safe. The staff were so friendly and helpful and kind. But the owner is a compete jerk. I feel bad for the staff. Please stay here and tip the staff and let the owner know he should treat them better. He is a total piece of sh*t

I don’t tend to write reviews though this Hotel definitely deserves one. Was greeted with three people at reception with and incredible warm welcome. I was booked for 8 nights. The hotel is within a 4 minute walk to the beach. The rooms are generous and serviced everyday. Incredibly clean. The breakfast was included and had plenty of options. The aircon was great and so was the bathroom. I highly recommend the Amsterdam Hotel in Rimini !!!! You won’t regret it.

Außen hui, innen mit deutlichen Schwächen! Positiv hervorzuheben sind die schönen, sauberen Zimmer mit Balkon, die gute Lage nahe Strand und Zentrum sowie der sehr freundliche Nachtportier. Leider überwiegen die erheblichen Mängel, die einem 4-Sterne-Haus nicht gerecht werden: Der Spa war unser Hauptbuchungsgrund. Der hohe Preis von 30 € p.P. für nur 2 Std. Nutzung wird im Buchungsprozess, anders als andere Zusatzkosten, verschwiegen. Das ist intransparent und weckt falsche Erwartungen. Mit Ausnahme des Nachtportiers war der Service oft schroff und arrogant. Freundliche Nachfragen wurden pampig abgetan. Man fühlt sich nicht willkommen, was sich auch in unnötigen Schikanen wie dem lauten Wecken wegen des Autoschlüssels zeigte, obwohl das Auto nicht bewegt wurde. Der Ton macht die Musik.. Die Qualität des Frühstücks ist minderwertig (viel Fertigwaren, Wurst und Käse, Eier schwimmen im Wasser, Schinken im Fett), die Auswahl ist gering und die Hygiene nicht gut (schmieriges Geschirr, ungepflegte Spender, alles krümelig, etc.). Der Kaffee ist säuerlich. Ungemütliche Atmosphäre mit House-Musik und fleckigen und kaputten Stuhlhussen. Das Hotel lebt von seiner schönen Fassade. Service, Frühstücksqualität und die versteckten Kosten beim Spa sind eine große Enttäuschung. Für diesen Preis gibt es in Rimini deutlich bessere Alternativen!

Camera pulita, ci hanno offerto upgrade gratuito, personale super disponibile. La colazione varia anche se penalizzante sulla parte salata, e la spa non è stata utilizzabile perchè purtroppo aperta solo di pomeriggio, e tra l'altro a pagamento. Posizione top comunque per raggiungere la spiaggia o per raggiungere il centro con una passaggiata di una mezz'oretta o in bici. Consigliato!

Purtroppo non mi è piaciuto niente per i soldi che avevo speso.... la vista era deprimente, si vedevano solo parcheggi e tetti di altri alberghi, strada trafficata , camera fredda .avevo lasciato la macchina nel garage a 15:00 € a notte e la mattina non si trovava personale per tirarla fuori dal garage. Faceva freddo , la porta automatica è stata chiusa. Dovevamo aspettare la resptionista per aprire una altra porticina di fianco dopo avere finito il checkout di altre persone. E noi aspettavamo fuori al freddo... il codice della chiave della camera veniva spesso cambiato e ci creava disagio per entrare ... Dovevamo scendere dal terzo piano per risolvere il problema.... sicuramente non tornerò mai più ...

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider wird kein deutsch gesprochen bzw. sehr wenig. Das Hotel liegt an einer sehr lauten, stark befahrenen Straße, schließt man die Fenster hört man nichts. Sitzt man auf den großzügigen Balkon ist es laut. Das Essen ist gut und ausreichend. Der Hund darf leider nicht mit ons Restaurant. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gegühlt.
