"Teatrum loft" is an elegant space in the central Piazza Cavour, boasting an exceptional location for its charm and proximity to all the most important monuments, clubs, and restaurants of the historic center. The apartment is also extraordinarily strategic for visiting and experiencing the city to its full potential.
The proximity to the Amintore Galli Theatre provided the creative inspiration for the styling of its spaces, which, in homage to the ancient building, display a suggestive series of modern and historical photographic images of the theatre, considered one of the most beautiful in Italy.

- The property, recently renovated with high-quality finishes, is located on the first floor and equipped with a lift. Its 5.70 m high loft layout with exposed beams consists of a living area separated from the sleeping area by a partition that guarantees privacy.
The kitchen is functional and fully equipped with every comfort, including a microwave, dishwasher, espresso machine, kettle, toaster, and various tableware. A designer marble table seats four and a sofa that converts into a bed for two complete the space.
