We had an easy and fast check-in. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. I like the modern look and how functional the layout of the room. It’s very spacious. This is our second time staying here. We even recommended it to our friends and family. We stayed here because of how close to it from Glen Ivy and the options for dinning and shopping afterwards. We highly recommend Hampton Inn and suites!

The room was weird. The tv is on a wall that you can’t lay in bed and you can’t sit on the couch to watch. Also the power kept going out so we left the room

They said that my 12-lb. dog, “destroyed,” the carpet in the room which I know is a complete falsehood. They charged $200 on my credit card without an explanation until I disputed it. Watch them. They will try to rip you off any way they can.
