The staff was very nice. Friendly and courteous however the floors stunk so bad and the elevators even worse. They were being mopped with dirty stinking mop and the water they used stunk so BAD! They seriously need to add either bleach with pinesol or at least fabuloso! And use a clean mop and clean Hot water!

My stay at this Holiday Inn was extremely disappointing. The first room I was given (Room 207) had moldy wallpaper peeling off the wall and a strong, unpleasant odor. I was moved to a room on the third floor, but it wasn't much better—there were hairs on the toilet and in the bathtub, and the whole room was dusty and felt unclean. When I brought these concerns to the front desk, the staff seemed indifferent and made no effort to address the issues. To make matters worse, the seating and couch had suspicious stains that looked like they could be blood. The atmosphere around the hotel was unsettling, with what appeared to be drug activity and people loitering around the property. Overall, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Save your money and avoid this place.
