Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Strip all used bedding and place them on the bed. Place all used towels in the bathroom floor. Place all trash in trash can outside. Set thermostat to 75. Lock all doors on the way out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
