Overall, the stay was very nice. There were just a few "glitches". The coffee maker did not work but it was replaced when property manager was notified. The toilet was way to low to the ground. If someone was not very ambulatory, this would have been a problem. Outside of that, the staff and suite were very nice!

Wonderful stay. The room itself was very clean and comfortable. The shower had good pressure, the bed was comfortable. The staff was very accommodating. I had a late check in and they were able to give me a late check out. Very convenient and walkable to Starbucks and Kroger.

The room was smokey and dated. We had to go buy Febreze just to sleep at night because of the stench. The water was cutoff because of a water leak in one of the unit. Big inconvenience. Was late for work because of it. I never will return to this location.

Nice accommodation

Nice accommodation for a very reasonable price. Room renovation was nicely and recently done was great. Only suggestion is that there is more clarity on connecting to the facility Wi-Fi.

I recently stayed at this property while in town for the Virginia Tech game. I was initially impressed by the positive reviews, which led me to book here. However, upon arrival, the experience quickly soured. The office reeked of cigarette smoke, which immediately set off alarms. Despite the property being labeled as non-smoking and requiring guests to sign agreements to that effect, our suite was filled with the same overpowering smell. The cigarette odor was so strong that it burned our noses. We tried everything—opening windows for hours, spraying Lysol, and using Febreze—but nothing worked. The smell clung to our clothes and luggage within minutes of being in the room. We had to keep our bags closed and, even after returning home, it took multiple wash cycles to fully remove the stench. Although the room appeared clean, the overwhelming cigarette odor made it hard to appreciate. It’s disappointing that a non-smoking policy doesn’t seem to be enforced here.

Nice, quiet, and clean property! Check in and check out was easy. It is well equipped with all the necessary amenities such as microwave, toaster, pod coffee maker, stove top, pans, cutlery, ladle, spatula, small pots, plates, cups, bowls, iron, hairdryer. It also has ample of towels, soap, dishsoap, and kitchen roll. Kroger and few restaurants are at a walkable distance along with a few restaurants. Ample parking spaces. Internet speed was good.

This is a great chage of pace for a regular hotel room, this location abuts a shopping Plaza. Resturants, grocery store, Mickey D's, pizza etc. Only 3 miles of I-81.

Perfect for my needs

This suite was perfect for my needs on this weekend. Very clean, furniture was kept up and comfortable, I could cook if I wanted as it had all the essentials. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was fine, they even included a toothbrush and toothpaste. Very happy with this stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay again. It is nice to have a place where you have room to relax and feel comfortable. My only suggestion would be to have another piece of furniture, a stand or something for the microwave as I had to work on my computer and having it on the table was too cumbersome.
