Beautiful property. Great ambiance and friendly staff. We had a bungalow and the ceiling fan motor was not working properly and we called for maintenance and it was replaced within an hour. Unbelievable response. We were asked by several staff how our stay was and if there was anything they needed to do to improve. If you are wondering if it’s worth it, the answer is a big YES. You will love it here. They’ve thought of everything

Don't stay here.

Unfriendly service. Hotel was over packed. They had a wedding and that took precedence over all other guests. Due to wedding, more than ½ the property was closed to regular guests. We had dirty towels in our room.

Very nice but fell short in places

The location and facility as a whole were wonderful, but we did have some negative experiences...1. Their fire alarm kept going off day and night. It must have happened 15 + times in the 5 days we were there. 2. Even though I had paid upfront through hotels.com they were unable to find my reservation and we ended up not getting the type of room we had booked and weren't able to check in until 4:45 in the afternoon. 3. You aren't supposed to drink the tap water so you have to wander out into the lobby any time you want water. For a high end hotel why don't they deliver a pitcher of water to your room? 4. Booked a fishing trip through the concierge and ended up not getting the captain that we thought we were getting plus the replacement was 25 minutes late. This is a very nice place but for the money it fell short of on some levels.

The property is beautiful with lots of activities. Only complaint was beach chair area. When guest would leave area, workers did not clean. So other guests showed up, these areas were dirty!! It would take a long time to find an employee to clean and freshen. Also on multiple occasions ran out of pool towels. Other than that everything was wonderful! Belky in reception was so welcoming with a big smile.

Everything was perfect my only issue was a 4 night stay and having to remind house keeping to clean the room or ask for more towels . Pool area needs more tending to /debris in the pool . Having a net near by would be perfect for that issue . Otherwise fantastic stay and very luxurious

Our airport shuttle driver Danny is absolutely amazing, very friendly and knowledgeable. He was on time and also checked on us when he saw us. The manager Wetzelle is very kind and accommodating. Overall everywhere on the property we were impressed with the staff and luxury accommodations. Definitely stay here!

The resort is beautiful. We enjoyed our stay. And will someday be back. This was a return stay. We were at one of the bungalows at the edge of the property. Hopefully they do a better job creating a beautiful boundary from the trash on the other side of the fencing. Ruined the ambiance of the wall back to the bungalow in the afternoon.

Beautiful property! Walk out onto the beach for some of the best direct access snorkeling. Pool scene was relaxing yet energetic. Fun activities and cocktail hours. Great service and wonderful staff. Will definitely return.
