The Zen feel of this villa offers unique indoor and outdoor experiences

Located in a quiet and safe community, this amazing multi-level 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home offers views of the ocean from every room.

Nestled in the trees and surrounded by nature, this house offers a number of different areas, each with a different feel and experience for you to explore. Spend time in the private infinity pool with amazing views of the ocean, relax on the lounge chairs, or just chill around the Tiki Bar area. Relax in the comfortable outdoor seating area and enjoy talking and laughing together. Enjoy the clear sky stargazing under the Milky Way’s canopy and see if you can spot a shooting star. Or, move to the firepit for a change in ambiance. Each night can be a little different from the last.

During the day you can use our private kayaks and paddleboard to explore the tranquil bay called First Bight, which is always sheltered and calm. Take your dive/snorkeling gear and you're just a short swim from the community dock and be at one of the best reefs on the Island.

Inside the house, the kitchen offers top quality appliances, gas range, modern drawer microwave, dual-zone wine cooler and a coffee/bar area. Water from the fridge is filtered by a reverse osmosis system for great tasting water and ice.

Step out of the kitchen to the barbeque area, with comfortable outdoor sofa and loveseat to sit an enjoy the views, and use the custom grill the perfect meal every time. Enjoy meals around a large dining table with plenty of seating.

In the evenings you can enjoy sitting near the private custom built firepit, or you can relax with a drink at the kitchen island, which features under-lit onyx countertop that make you feel as if you are sitting at a high-end hotel bar. Or watch one of the three high quality TVs with dozens of HD channels or Netflix.

After each wonderful evening together, you can then retire to the three bedroom suites: the Master Suite, Pool Suite and Zen Suite. These bedrooms are all self-contained, and give everyone their private spaces. Each features a private balcony, bathroom and A/C unit.

The Master Suite offers a 180 degree view of the ocean, and you can open the sliding glass doors and feel the cool ocean breezes. The Master bathroom has a standing soaker tub, dramatic walk-in shower, large closet. It also has a private coffee area to make your morning coffee, and a mini-fridge to keep cold drinks only a few steps away. Push a button to raise the motorized blinds to catch the sunrise without even getting out of bed!

The Pool Suite has direct access to the pool area, and has amazing views of the trees and the ocean from huge picture windows. If you need to keep up with work, the Pool Suite has a professional work station including monitor, printer/scanner, keyboard and mouse. The desk can be raised and lowered depending if you prefer to sit or stand.

The Zen Suite is at the top level and is the most tranquil space in the house offering a private balcony that arguably is the best place to view the sunrises and sunsets, take in the views of the ocean and water, or enjoy gazing at the moon

The location is nearby great restaurants, shopping, supermarket, and other amenities. We are also located very centrally in Roatan, and you can easily explore the rest off the island.
