*The boat in the slip is available for guests to relax and hang out on, but it is not currently available for use on the lake. For those wanting to get out on the water, a marina just one mile down the road offers boat rentals by the half or full day. Guests are also welcome to tie up their own boat or jet skis at the dock, which is equipped with cleats and bumpers for convenience and safety.
*A Renter Agreement is required to book. The agreement will be sent to the guest at the time of booking.
A $300 security deposit will be held on the guest's credit card. The hold will take place 2 days prior to the guest's arrival and released within 5 days of the guest's departure pending no damages.
*For guest and property safety, 8 security cameras with 24/7 audio are located: NW (lake view), SE (driveway), S (side yard), N (dock), front porch (door), E (stairs/parking pad), W (side yard), and in the basement.
