Unique Location: An intimate and colourful house awaits you in one of the most picturesque alleys of Rocca San Giovanni, very close to the main square of the town, nestled in a narrow street so welcoming it feels like a warm embrace. And all this, in the midst of a community that seems to have taken the commitment to make every corner a small work of art.



Parking: The house does not have a private parking but there are numerous free and video-monitored areas to park your vehicle within 1 minute's walk from the property.



Tailored Comfort: Perfect for 2 people, the house is composed of two floors.

First Floor:

A staircase of about 10 steps will lead you to the main door that opens to the living room with a sofa bed for two people and an armchair, equipped kitchen and dining table.

Second floor:

The internal staircase will lead you to the bedroom area of the apartment with a double bed and en-suite bathroom. From the small window of the room, you can admire the green that borders the blue of the Adriatic Sea.
