Great location and value, though the property is showing it's age. Rooms need a refresh. Furniture, fixtures, mattresses and bedding would benefit from replacement. Room deodorizer was fairly strong and yet didn't mask underlying smells. I imagine this location would support a redevelopment investment in the property to make it a top choice in Rochester. Staff members were friendly and helpful. Adjoining restaurant is not your typical add-on convenience type. Full service with an extensive menu and upscale menu options.
