This is our second stay here and we will be back! Chose this hotel because of the short walk to Mayo Clinic. Love the large, clean rooms with the kitchen and the free breakfast. Plenty of lounge space to relax! The secure parking is convenient but tight, I wouldn’t have wanted a large truck in the garage. Overall a great place!

The shower was probably the only real part that we didnt like. Pressure wasn't the best but the fact it only has half a wall is the big issue. So everytime you use it the floor gets drenched. But we also might be salty cause the hotel fire alarm malfunctioned at 11:30 pm waking up everyone on our floor at least. The shuttle was amazing.

This hotel was excellent in all areas. The room was beautiful and well designed. The beds were comfortable, no back ache the next day. The hotel staff were very friendly and nice. The transport drivers, Lynn and Terrence, to Mayo Clinic were very kind and excellent at helping with my aged mother. It was a respite for us after 2 very long days of medical appointments at the Mayo Clinic. Thank you for your beautiful accommondations!

Fresh, bright, comfortable hotel

Staff is extremely professional, polite, helpful, and compassionate. I stayed 4 nights/5 days and saw that the staff is very consistent. The hotel is focused on the needs of this visiting the Mayo Clinic, and I felt it was perfect. It is a 2 block walk to the clinic, and they have a shuttle bus that is very frequent that goes there for those who prefer not to walk. The rooms are very comfortable. Beds, linens, and PILLOWS are very good. The kitchenette is a godsend for someone staying 5 days, though I wish hotels with kitchenettes would have a regular coffee maker instead of the single serve little ones. The included breakfast was excellent and, as fitting a hotel focused on a medical center, provides a broad variety that includes gluten free and dairy free options. The lobby has several sitting areas that are really comfortable, cozy, and private so you are not stuck in your room. I also utilized the business area for the computer to get some things done. I stayed at this hotel based on a friend’s recommendation and was extremely happy with it. It made an otherwise “heavy” trip so much more bearable to have such a cheerful and comfortable place to stay.

Our stay was good. I would suggest better water pressure in the shower and also maybe a door of some sort so water doesn’t get everywhere. The bed could have been comfier but it was fine.
