Set in the desirable Nedonna Views complex on the quiet north side of town, this condo allows you to catch glimpses of bald eagles soaring up toward Neah-Kah-Nie Mountain. The miles of picturesque shores are right outside your door for kite flying and seaside campfires. Shops and restaurants in central Rockaway Beach are a little over a mile south, and tasty scoops of ice cream are waiting in Tillamook just 17 miles south.

We got an early check-in which was nice. Right when you walk in you are greeted with an amazing view of the beach. The living room was comfortable with a large TV for movie nights, and the kitchen had everything you need to make meals at home.The bedrooms did the job for us. The bathroom had a large tub, but the only downside is it seems there isn't enough hot water to fill it up. Nice large walk-in shower though!Beach access is right at the bottom of the stairs which is a huge plus. We spent most of our time there.The large windows made relaxing at night and early morning views extremely relaxing and beautiful.

Excellent spot!! Amazing views, good amenities, well stocked kitchen, but a lot of stairs.

We had a wonderful girls weekend. The condo is beautiful and the views cannot be beat. The house is well stocked and cooking was easier there than any rental I've ever stayed at. They have everything (but still bring oil/spices etc yourself).The bathtub situation really is a big bummer. Filled maybe a quarter of the way before going cold and we had the heat off all day. I felt like the 36 stair walk-up was not advertised well enough so was a bit of a shock. We didn't get to the beach as much as we wanted due to health limitations and stairs.All that said, super super amazing spot. Will rent again.

Beautiful view for sure. Over 40 steps with 5 flights of stairs to get there. Basic TV never worked for our 3 night/4day stay. Maintenance guy tried his best to help. No response from Host. Owner not helpful at all either.

Just what you souls needed for healing.

We went during a bit of a winter storm. HWY 6 was scary, with icy road conditions and a semi-truck partially rolling off the cliff. But we got there safe and sound. The windows and the condo was nice and clean (cleaning person Avery needs a raise! :) I can see maybe they had some things that needed repair by reviews prior, but I thought everything was in nice repair. It was a little febrezey when we walked in but spotted the culprit (a standing airfreshner) which got put away in the game closet. Once we did that everything was good. I always worry about the smell of strong detergent on the sheets of the bed, so we were pleased when they weren’t smelly. We love this condo so much and wish we could live in it. We sat in the comfy recliner by the window and just watched the waves for hours. Our dogs also sat at the window and watched the waves. Mesmerizing and healing. Folks mention the hot water situation and you just have to make peace with this. All the condos in this building have the same problem. At some point they should just remove the luxurious tub as it is strictly for show. 😆 I love the radiant floors and even temp locked into 63, it was warm enough. As convenient as an elevator might be those also have never worked. Personally, it could be annoying to hear your neighbor going up and down all day & night anyway. It would be nice for elderly and folks with disabilities tho. Only thing I did not like are the mattresses they were small (full?) and squeaky.

Lovely Beach Front Home

We had a quick overnight stay while we made our way down the Oregon coast. The place was beautiful with big windows looking at the beach. Comfortable beds and warm showers. It worked perfect for our family of 5. You do have to go up a few levels of stairs to get to the condo, elevator does not work. Parking is also tight under the garage if you have anything bigger than a compact car.

Steps to beach

Beautiful, beautiful place to stay. Right on the beach. We were on the 3rd floor and had about 36 steps but no problem for this 64 year old. Ceiling to floor windows gave an awesome view of beach and ocean. Perfect for us, our grandson and dog.

Comfortable, Quiet, Fantastic View

The condo is very comfortable, updated kitchen, and stunning views. Slept well and regrouped from the bustle of life. The door was very hard to unlock and created several challenges. The property manager was patient and helpful and showed up quickly to help me. It would have been nice to know about the sticky lock before I had to call for help, but did not diminish my stay. Will return.

Amazing view!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. My only complaints would be that the elevator was not working and the stairs were difficult for my Mother. In addition, I was only able to bring one of my pets and they refused to refund me the pet fee for my injured pet that I was not able to bring. I found this to be very disappointing.

Amazing Ocean Views

Amazing ocean views from sunrise to sunset! This property was overall clean. Being by the beach inside the condo was relatively sand free. We did however arrive to find a cleaning rag forgotten in the primary bathroom and some dirt and hair and a cobweb. The kitchen was equipmented with the supplies we needed. It would be nice to have recycling, more paper towels (we only had one extra one in the cabinet for a long weekend), the elevator to be fixed or something to make going upstairs with cargo easier. Overall this property provided all that the listing had mentioned. We enjoyed the surrounding areas and the ease of beach access to enjoy time on the ocean. We look forward to our return :)
