The Praia: "Praia" (pronounced "prāy-uh") is a Portuguese word that translates to "beach" or "seashore". It refers to the sandy or rocky shore of a body of water, especially a sea or ocean.

A perfect mix of contemporary cottage chic and coastal charm, The Praia comfortably hosts up to 16 guests.

Large windows fill the home with natural light and offer views of the mountains and surrounding greenspace. And you’re only a 5‑minute walk from sinking your toes into the sand.

Living Space:
Settle into the comfy sofas to watch a show, read, or cozy up with a throw. You can also grab a board game for some family fun.

Kitchen & Dining:
The kitchen features new appliances and fully stocked cupboards, giving you everything you need to cook a homemade meal. Multiple seating areas make it easy to gather—chat over morning coffee in the kitchen or enjoy dinner together at the dining table. Coffee and snacks are provided for your convenience.

The Bunk House Playroom:
Grab a partner and head to the Bunk House Playroom for a game of shuffleboard, try the arcade-style game, or relax with video games on the large TV. Play, laugh, and make some great memories.

The Beds and Baths:
Enjoy a restful night’s sleep on cooling gel memory‑foam mattresses with soft sheets and plenty of pillows. Each of the four bedrooms (2 Kings, 1 Queen, 1 Double bunk room) has its own unique style. Additional sleeping options include two sleeper sofas—one in the main living room and one in the Bunk House Playroom—plus two fold‑out foam floor mattresses.

There are two full bathrooms upstairs and a half bath on the main floor, all stocked with essentials for your convenience.

PLEASE NOTE:
- The property is setup with 2 buildings (Main house and the Bunk house which is the playhouse with games and entertainment) that are less than 5 feet from one another.
- The Main House: 3 bedrooms (2 kings/1 queen/1 sofa bed/1 fold-out cot)
- The Bunk House: 1 bedroom (2 double bunk beds/1 sofa bed/1 fold-out cot)
- We welcome pets but ask that they stay in the Bunk House and off the furniture to keep the house comfortable for guests with allergies. Reach out anytime with questions or needs - happy to help!

Outdoor Space:
Step outside to enjoy the salty ocean air, relax in an Adirondack chair by the fire pit, or fire up the grill when you’re ready to eat.

Hot Tub:
The hot tub is ready for you to enjoy and comfortably fits 6–7 adults. Come relax and unwind.

Coastal temperatures stay mild, but if you need extra cooling, there’s a wall AC unit on the main floor. Evening breezes and ceiling fans help keep things comfortable, and each room also has a floor fan if you want more airflow.
