There were cockroaches, The kitchen utensils were dirty, it was hard to get ahold of the host. The door lock malfunctioned. The unit is a block away from the airport. I checked out 3/27 and paid til the 31st and still waiting for a refund from the days I was not there

The place seems small but it had plenty of space for the two of us. There was a pest problem, however. The last time my Dad stayed here, about 3 or 4 months ago, he too had these pest problems. I told Diane about it and she dropped off some traps for us. Just be careful if you leave opened food out. The kitchen had minimal utensils and items to use, but it was good enough. The bedrooms did not have enough sockets so bring a surge protector. Might stay here again. I was not a fan of the pests nor having to pay a non-refundable deposit for damages. There seems to be some age discrimination with this place as my Dad, who is 64, does not recall having to pay the same fee... I'm 38. Overall, not bad not great.

Listing was already booked on another website

It was a last minute booking , I booked it and everything went through, got a message from the owner saying it was booked already on another website, I would appreciate it if this site communicated better with there clients so in the future this doesn't happen, as I'm still waiting for my refund, I will continue to use this website and I hope I don't have to go through this ever again.
