Breakfast started promptly at 6:30. NO COFFEE! I had to tell the cook there were no beans in the machine. 12 people ate their breakfast without coffee waiting 25 minutes for the coffee machine to be maintained. It should have been first on the morning agenda. UNSAT!
When we checked in, the room was muggy. We stayed in 505. We tried to turn on the A/C from the unit and nothing worked. It lit up with numbers and lights, but would not turn on. It had power. I noticed the thermostat on the wall but it had no power. I picked up the phone to call the front desk and the phone didn’t work. I got dressed and went down to the front desk. It was late and there were no other rooms available. The front desk person, who was very nice, said he was going to make a note and that we will be refunded our money for the stay due to these issues.
Nice greeting from front desk upon arrival. Everything and room very clean. Staff very nice. Hot breakfast items was a plus. Was not impressed by the automatic pancake maker.
Pancakes came out undercooked and rubbery.
Breakfast was good just wish there was more fresh fruit selections and bacon, waffles.pool needs to be cleaned bc not a good look with it being right at the entrance.i would like to recongnize Andre and the management team for all the help with resolving my booking issue. I was in panic mode/stressed and they saved the day. Me and my family will book. Again.
Customer service definitely needs some training . Upon walking into the hotel
. I wanted to cancel and book another hotel but it wasn’t an option . The room was grungy; hair follicles left around the toilet , dark stains on the curtain; elevators were smoky smelling - elevators were super slow. The entire hotel was very outdated in appearance. The breakfast seemed to be leftovers and not appealing at all.
