The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS: **NOTE: There is a $2/min late checkout fee. **Do not strip or remake the beds. **Turn off the stove and oven when you go out. **Empty the fridge of personal food items
*Please put used cookware, kitchenware, silverware, bowls, plates in the dishwasher, place the detergent pod inside (no dishwashing soap please), and start the cycle when you leave the house.
*Please take all trash out before you leave. *Please lock the front and back doors at all times, upon entrance and exit.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
