I came down to check out the included breakfast to bring back to our room. When the server brought the food she acknowledged and asked if I’d like to-go boxes to make it easier which was greatly helpful. She returned to the kitchen and requested the boxes to Chef Boyardee which his response was “Tell them I ******* hate them.” There was only one other guest seated at the time but apparently that was asking for too much. That attitude was absurd and unprofessional in terms of hospitality especially at a hotel. That is the main purpose of your job especially being a chef. You never know who you might be preparing food for and an attitude like that is amateur and mediocre.

It would have gave it 5 stars but I noticed hidden fees. The parking was $8.00 and the breakfast wasn’t what I had expected. It’s a voucher for a plate entree and drink.

The hotel is very stylish and has a friendly feel. The room was very quiet and the beds comfortable. The AC didn't work that great and the room did not cool down sufficiently. The staff member at reception was kind enough to loan us a cooling fan. There is no provision for hot water for tea. Again, the kind staff member got us some from their kitchen. In the morning I had question about breakfast and the new person on duty at reception was not at all friendly. And when I said there was popcorn on the armchairs where we wanted to sit for breakfast (clearly they had not been wiped from the night before) I was given a rag to wipe it off myself. The server at breakfast was very friendly and accommodating so he received a fat tip. Overall, a very nice hotel, just some room for improvement.

Cozy, minimalistic room that was comfortable and a great home base for our trip visiting the Sonoma valley. Overall cleanliness was good, though there were some ants in the bathroom. For the price I do wish there were more complimentary amenities or services, such as water or morning breakfast. But overall, I would recommend the hotel as it is in a great location close to the freeway and nearby groceries.

Our stay here was amazing. Our room was nice and clean. The customer service was top tier. Rian checked us in and Jed helped us out as well. Both of their service was so great! When we come back to the area we will definitely be staying here again.
