Kann man was draus machen

Manches gehört ein bisschen renoviert, aber wenn man mit ein paar pfiffigen Ideen und etwas gutem Geschmack die Einrichtung ergänzt, ist das ein nettes Häuschen.

Insgesamt schön aber könnte renoviert werden

Ein schönes Haus mit großem Garten. Wenig einsehbar von der Straße. Insgesamt gute Ausstattung und gute Lage. Die Möblierung könnte allerdings erneuert werden. Es scheint alles aus den 1980ern zu sein. Weiteres Manko sind die mit 190cm sehr kurzen Betten. Mit 183cm war das doch arg knapp. Aber alles in allem gut.
