Perched on the second floor, this light-filled hideaway features vaulted ceilings and skylights that invite sunlight into every corner. The open-concept living and dining area is thoughtfully designed for conversation and relaxation - perfect for curling up with a good book, enjoying a cozy meal, or simply soaking in the serenity.

Step out onto your private balcony to sip morning coffee with the birds, listen to gentle waves lapping at the shore, or unwind under the stars. A short stroll across the yard takes you to the dock, where Adirondack chairs await for taking in a sunset, swimming, or just dipping your toes in the water.

Climate Control: Stay comfortable year-round with central heat, A/C, and ceiling fans in every room. Or opt for fresh air by cranking open the windows and opening the sliding door to enjoy the breeze off the lake.

Fully Equipped Kitchen: Cook with ease using full-size appliances, ample counter space, a microwave, toaster oven, and an outdoor propane grill. Brew your favorite cup with either a Keurig (K-cups provided) or drip coffee maker complete with a grinder and filters.

Plush Bedroom Retreat: Rest easy in a comfy queen-sized bed with soft sheets and blankets and a gentle lake view.

Spa-Inspired Bathroom: Enjoy heated ceramic tile floors, a spacious shower with natural light, and a selection of essential toiletries.

Laundry & Essentials: A washer, dryer, and laundry supplies are available for your convenience. There's also an iron and ironing board should you need them.

Entertainment & Outdoor Enjoyment
Smart TVs & Wi-Fi: Stream your favorites in the living room and the bedroom or unplug and enjoy the natural beauty around you.

Dining Space: Dine at the 4-6 person table inside or savor your meals (in your lap or small side table) outside on the balcony with lake views.

Lakeside Leisure: Spend your days reading, relaxing, or swimming from the dock or simply watch the sun melt into the water.

A Prime Location for Exploration
Ideally situated between the Seneca and Cayuga Lake Wine Trails, you’ll have access to over 150 wineries, breweries, cideries, distilleries, farm-to-table dining, and creameries. There are also an abundance of events, festivals, celebrations, and live music at numerous venues at any given times.

For outdoor lovers, the area offers:

State Parks & Waterfalls: Discover stunning hikes, peaceful wildlife refuges, and scenic biking and hiking trails (with lots of waterfalls!).

Marinas & Rentals: Enjoy boating, kayaking, and paddleboarding at nearby Sampson or Geneva State Parks or one of the other parks and recreation areas in our immediate area. (Water shoes recommended for swimming in our lake.) Also check out rail bike rides through the beautiful farmlands here!

Shopping and Farmer's Markets: There are amazing, quaint, walkable towns throughout the Finger Lakes. Breakfast or lunch, walking through beautiful gardens and neighborhoods, and shopping on a cute town squares? Plenty to choose from! If Farmer's Markets with an abundance of fresh produce, flowers, crafts, and beverages are your thing, we have plenty of those, too.

There is a cooler in the guest house to use if you need it during your Finger Lakes adventures.

A Few Notes for Your Stay

Natural Light: The guest house features numerous skylights and windows for an airy, sun-filled feel. Light-sensitive guests may wish to bring a sleep mask.

Your Hosts: We live onsite in a separate home, offering the perfect balance of privacy and support should you need anything during your stay. Thanks to the way our home and the guest house are situated, you may not see us at all but we’re always nearby if you need us. We love meeting our guests, but we’re never underfoot.
