You will be welcomed to a magnificent estate, with a beautiful 150m2 villa, including a wooded area of 3 hectares, completely private, as well as several parking spaces.
The 6/12m swimming pool is shared between the two houses and features a pool house and an outdoor kitchen (mini fridge, sink, worktop, and table), as well as a solar shower, and plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas.

The upper part of the villa, accommodating 6 people, is composed as follows:

A comfortable 45m2 living/dining room with a very comfortable sofa bed.
A 50m2 south-facing terrace with a parasol, large garden table, and more.
Three air-conditioned bedrooms, including:
A master suite with a double bed (160/200), private bathroom with a walk-in shower, two washbasins, and a terrace that complements this beautiful room.

For activities, you have access to a magnificent trampoline that will delight children, as well as a petanque court for family or friends' evenings. Activities near the house are also available (you will find all the brochures in your welcome booklet).

Children are welcome, and although the pool is equipped with an alarm, children must be under constant supervision of their responsible parents.
