Quiet and cozy 3 BR Lakehouse on beautiful mountain in Roscoe NY. Enjoy golf, fishing , biking, hiking, kayaking, wildlife and campfires! Great restaurants and entertainment in town. Fully stocked kitchen, linens and bedding. Just bring your own food!!

Delightful weekend getaway in the Catskills with my husband and dog. Kayaked, coffee and/or wine on the dock, rain on the tin roof.....just what we needed. And town is a quick 10-15 min drive for fishing supplies or good food or craft brew!

WE LOVED IT! I've been coming to the general area my entire life, but I've never stayed on Lake Muskaday. It was fantastic... we would absolutely do it again. Jeff and Kathleen were lovely. The house was perfect me and my 2 children. The backyard was gorgeous! We loved sitting by the lake and using the kayaks and paddle boards. Thank you so much for the outstanding hospitality!

Beautiful and peaceful

The property and cabin were very clean and well kept. The cabin was comfortable, cozy, and had everything we needed. The views of and from the lake were beautiful and tranquil. We enjoyed getting out on the lake, some hiking and seeing some of the surrounding area that we know and love. We barbecued and sat around the fire pit and on the deck. We mostly relaxed and enjoyed each others company. And what a place to do it, with such beautiful surroundings. It exceeded our expectations and we couldn’t have asked for more from our hosts. Thank you Kathleen and Jeff!!

This was a wonderful getaway cabin near a lake. My family was looking for some place restful near a lake big enough to kayak/canoe but without motor boat traffic and this was perfect. The cabin was clean and had a firepit with seating for nighttime relaxation. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Relaxation on the lake

This property exceeded our expectations, as did our wonderful host, Kathleen! I booked a trip to Roscoe for a few days of relaxation, fishing & fun with a few friends. This property suited our needs perfectly. This cabin / home was extremely clean, thoughtfully appointed and had all you could need for a weekend in the woods. Communication from the moment we booked was easy, thorough, responsive, etc. Check in was a breeze & Kathleen was very thoughtful, helpful & a great person all around. We wouldn’t hesitate to book here again!

Lovely location and accommodation

The property managers were extremely helpful, and available! We 3 family members were very well accommodated and enjoyed our stay at this lakeside cabin. We would definitely stay here again. This cabin is perfectly located and can serve as both a destination and/or a basecamp from which to explore the town of Roscoe along highway 17 and the Beaverkill / Willow trout fishing mecca.... this is the spot for world class fly fishing. Although our stay was mid November and we did get some snow, this cabin on the lake provided simple but extraordinary comfort. And it is apparent that the managers are making improvements to accommodate their guests. A big thank you to Kathleen and Jeff!

Peaceful Weekend Getaway

Kathleen & Jeff were fantastic hosts - after the seamless check-in process, we walked into the cabin and were greeted with a lovely gift basket containing ingredients for s'mores. They were also kind enough to set up the fire pit for us before we arrived! The cabin is located about 10 minutes from town and is set on a picturesque, quiet lake - I would highly recommend taking advantage of the kayak/canoe access if weather permits. Roscoe is also close to some great hikes - be sure to check out Russell Brook Falls while you're there!

Perfect and secluded getaway

My girlfriend and I loved our time away at this cabin. It’s located right on a beautiful lake with great views. It’s far enough away from town to be quiet and peaceful, but close enough to not be an inconvenience if you need to venture there. Kathleen is a great host too! I would definitely recommend this property if you’re looking for some rest and relaxation.
