My stay was fine, except that I woke up covered in bug bites. I was told they would check the room and give me a refund if they found anything. I hadn't heard back or seen a credit to my account for over a week, so I checked with the front desk. They claim there were no bugs. No refund. So where did the bug bites come from, then?

Front desk gentleman was really nice and quick with checking us in, even during a rush of travelers checking in. The room was clean and updated within the past few years. There was a rogue hair in the bathroom and a stain on the decorative bedding foot cover but other than that the room was clean. The mattress is very firm but overall it’s not bad. We travel with our pets and it’s super easy and convenient staying at a motel 6 due to their pet friendly status.
