The entire house was recently remodeled and newly furnished with a beautiful farmhouse design! It has high-speed wireless internet and there is a large smart TV in the living room and each bedroom has a smart TV as well. This home is family friendly and we happily offer a pack n' play for you to use during your stay! You will just need to bring your own standard size sheets and bedding. One of our favorite amenities to this home is the large covered porch to enjoy the beautiful country view that this property has to offer.

**This is an upstairs/top addition that has its own separate access. There is a basement unit below and the main house is connected on the right but there is no way to access the other units from inside. All three units have their own private entrances! The barn on the other side of the property is also a vacation rental!

Shared Fire Pit:
You are welcome to enjoy the shared fire pit and charcoal grill located in the center of the circular driveway. This is a communal space shared with the other vacation rentals on the property. Please bring your own camping chairs, lighter, fire starters, and firewood.

Charcoal Grill:
There is a charcoal grill in the circle driveway as well! You will need to bring your own charcoal. The main house on the property has their own grill in their courtyard for them to use.

Quiet hours are from 10 pm - 8 am. Please respect our neighbors as they will do the same to you.

DRIVEWAY: This property sits up on top of a hill! There is a fairly steep asphalt driveway that leads to the top! Any normal passenger vehicle should be able to make it to the home with no problems but 4x4 or all-wheel drive is recommended during icy conditions in the winter time.

Lady Bugs:
You may see some lady bugs in the home. Majority of the homes in this area have them. To stay ahead of this we are on preventative monthly pest control maintenance for all of our properties. Unfortunately they are still VERY hard to get rid of! Thankfully, they are harmless! But please know you will most likely see ladybugs in the home during your stay.

Weather and Outages:
Please note: There will be no refunds in the unlikely circumstance that there is a power outage during your stay or if the weather is not cooperating. We do not have any control over the weather or outages caused by nature! We highly suggest you purchase travel insurance to be preventative in case something happens and you need to cancel.

CANCELLATION & TRAVEL INSURANCE NOTICE:
We operate under a strict cancellation policy, according to this property's cancellation policy. We do not offer refunds for cancellations, date changes, early departures, weather-related issues, personal circumstances, or travel disruptions of any kind.

For this reason, we strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance at checkout to protect their investment. Travel insurance is the only way to safeguard against unexpected events that may impact your ability to travel.
