We found a cigarette in our room on the first day in a chair! They only cleaned our room once while we were there for 4 days! I had to keep asking for towels, they never clean under the bed! Pool was fine, kids had fun in the pool, the breakfast was ok, they had cream cheese left out on the counter inside of in the small refrigerator!

I have stayed here before and was pleased with my stay. This time I was disappointed. The room was not properly clean there was toothpaste on the counter in the restroom . I wipes down the desk with Clorox wipes and it was not clean. Under the sink in the restroom there is a brown something, was not sweeped properly . The sheets to one of the beds has a stein as well . I probably won't be reserving here again .

We loved our stay at Clarion Inn & Suites! The indoor pool was fantastic, and the gazebo was a nice spot to relax. It’s super kid- and pet-friendly, which made our visit even better. Plus, the parking was great—plenty of space and easy access. Perfect place to stay in Roswell!

Place is sketchy and run down. House keeping and maintenance were obviously not up to standards. Gym room had most of the equipment removed. Sketchy clientele. Breakfast was bad. Went to ihop instead.

Nothing works, full of mold, the picture is deceiving, , hot tub is not hot, some visitors already complained about it and nothing was done, we got locked out of our room, went to the front desk and rang the bell 50x, crickets no staff , finally we saw the manager cleaning the rooms he helped us out, hopefully they did not double charge us because they keep on saying my credit card was charged and for some apparent reason they put the money back and my credit card was charged again . Omg it was a nightmare, oh btw, breakfast is from 6-9 by 8 am the food is gone , no replenishment, thank God they brought in more coffee. Ok never again will I stay in a clariott hotel.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Building definately in need of routine maintenance. First on arrival , checked in and discovered no elevator. Ok , i had a very heavy bag but made it work. My room was far removed from front desk and found my key card did not open the door. So down i went and got new cards. Those didnt work either. So back to front i went and they gave me a new room. Voila the card opened the door. Room was drab but doable. Woke up at 2am very cold. Found heater in room was not functioning. Since it was at 2am i just toughed it out. But pretty uncomfortable. Overall not a good experience.

Older property. Looks like it used to be a holiday inn back in the day. Facility was pretty clean, some maintenance items were apparent, such as my room door not quite hanging square and room door lock taking some jimmying sometimes to get it open. Also the timer to the spa was inop. Friendly staff. Appears family run. The biggest issue for me was the noise-the low room rate seemed to have attracted some noisy guests who made a lot of racket until after midnight. Bottom line- not a bad budget hotel as far as budget hotels go, but bring earplugs
