Great price for a family of 7. Close to supermarket and famous fish n chip shop. Bit run down but had all basic facilities. Tidy, clean. Had a goodnights rest.

Good location. The place is falling apart. Crockery and cutlery all different. The walls and ceilings are stained and look ready to fall down. It seems that it's a one man show and the manager can't be everywhere

AWFUL HOTEL

Issue a 100% refund. We did not stay at hotel. We checked out after 15 minutes as the rooms were not fit for habitation. We informed the staff and returned our keys: Trash was lying around Bathroom fixtures were rusted Rooms dirty Photos available if required

Place was ex emergency hosing, and in terrible condition, needs painting, new bathroom, shower ovwr spa bath was useless, and spa bath very stained. However, bed was clean and comfortable

Property is dilapidated and needs serious maintenance and revamping. Seemed as though there were long term residents occupying rooms and communal spaces. Rooms were much too expensive for the state they were in.

This place was absolutely disgusting!!! The bathroom was covered in mould and the kitchen was just as gross. The floor was not clean. The website says pool and spam these were both closed for whatever reason. The place is an absolute disgusting mess!!

Says spa is included in the room cost but then we were told to pay additional $14. Everything in the interior is very old dated and needs to be refurbished to modernize to to the current standard. Thanks

This place was the pits, not like in the ad that shows all good and clean. The electric hot plate was all rusted and unusable. There was bugs crawling in the draws under tv. Blankets were all bleach stained. The facility offered mineral spring baths. The one i saw did not have one tile left, either on the walls nor the floor. They expected people to walk on jaggered concrete. No laundry facility also. No air conditioner not that we needed it. You need to send out inspectors because this place will give you a bad name. Not a good way to do business.
