Only a couple of leisurely minutes walk to Lake Okareka Jetty, and a few more minutes to the boat ramp and Boyes beach. The house is well equipped, there is an inside mountain bike storage area, a large garden with swings for the kids, fruit trees and plenty of off street parking.
