Onsite parking, rather expensive at €19 per day. The parking access is very narrow, the turns required to get in and out require jockeying around the corners, and manoeuvring into the parking space also very difficult with a lot of back and forth. Rooms are smaller than other Adagio I have stayed. Quiet, clean, well located.

Property in good location however room with a Murphy bed was cramped and dark. Room would be better without table and chairs given there was literally just enough space to walk round the bed. Staff were very nice.

We loved this place!

A great choice for a multi-day stay in Rouen! The kitchenette provided a lot of flexibility for meals, and the location was super -- right beside the Seine and within easy walking distance of the old city and the major sites to be seen. The breakfasts (included in the room charge) were excellent and the property's policy of not cleaning every room every day is very sensible, making this an eco-friendly and great value-for-money proposition.

Relaxed and spacious room near centre

Lovely new hotel a short walk from all the main sites. We were here for a week and loved having the kitchen area. We used it everyday for breakfast and made the start to each day relaxed. Was loads of space in the room so we didnt feel like we were crammed in. Great to have a full size fridge too.

We liked the location and the stuff in hotel. My wife got bruised lowering the bed-it was far to heavy, and i badly scratches my leg agains the corner of the bed. Aircon wasn't working well. 😕

This was a great place to stay. Standouts for me were, the blackout curtains, friendliness of the staff and being able to leave luggage in the store before we checked in and after we checked out. I would definitely stay here again. One thing to beat in mind is that the bed is stored away and is a little heavy than I expected when coming down.

This is a good place to stay in Rouen. Nice room, friendly staff, good condition, great location. Our only complaint is that our room was very cold. The thermostat in the room did not work. Temps were in the 40’s during our stay. We were told that there was no heat for the room, but no other explanation . We kept the towel warmer turned up high and that was out only heat. We were glad to leave after our 4-night stay.

Room was attractive and bright. I selected this hotel bc I wanted a kitchen, and this one was well equipt with additional items you could borrow from the reception. It was also really reasonable! I guess because you're only paying for the room. There was no cleaning at all during our entire stay of 7 nights. Parking is extra, but the parking lot is really tight and often there isn't any spots available. It's really inconvenient. We found its much better to pay for parking at the opera parking lot very close by. Much easier and more spots (though we did have to wait once for a spot bc there was a show) and so much less expensive than the hotel parking! Wish I had known that from the start as we did pay for one night parking. It was kismet that they were out of parking the next night.

This was a great choice of hotel. It is well situated along side the river, and just an easy walk to the cathedral and other sights. It is spacious with comfortable beds, and a kitchenette to make mealtimes easy. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful, and importance is placed on caring for the environment. I'd happily stay here again.

Room was beautifully decorated and laid out, so were hallways. It is a short walk to the cathedral, place vieux marché and pretty central streets, not to mention strolls along the Seine.. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Only small problem was a lack of freezer compartment in the fridge.

Was so impressed with this place-room is large with plenty of space for a family of 4. Kitchen area is so useful, everything was in condition and we had all we needed. In the reception were items you could borrow for kids to play with. Lovely location too.
