Great Stay

Great stay, friendly staff and comfortable bed. Appreciated the friendly and helpful nature of the staff as we don’t speak French. Thought the price to use the pool were unnecessary, should be included in the stay but all was fantastic.

Stayed at the Hyatt Place Hotel last night, and it was fantastic. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and modern, with excellent facilities. The staff were friendly and efficient, making the experience even better. Highly recommend it and would definitely stay again!"

Beautiful location and hotel

Easy to check in and plenty of car spaces available Breakfast was full continental. Bedroom came with air conditoning unit and bed was very comfortable. Very spacious room! Shower came with very good pressure. Fitness suite had cardio machines and some weights. Nothing bad to say at all.

This is great place to stay while in Rouen. Brand new property and less than a 25 min. Walk to the city center. Parking is 20 euro and safe while convenient. Rooms are spacious and brand new. Staff is lovely at check in and check out. Thank you Fanny at check in for being able to guide us on questions we had. Safe area and up on a hill. Nice place to wind down with after dinner drinks and relax in the common area.

High quality and comfortable hotel

Lovely and interesting renovation of an old school building. Room was really comfortable and well appointed with high quality furnishings. Breakfast was lovely and again of a high quality. There was a small but decent gym. Only negative for us was that whilst the hotel does have a spa/ pool this was part of a facility which cost an additional £20euros entry for 2 hours access and had quite limited opening hours (i.e. not open pre breakfast and closed quite early in the evening) which made it not worthwhile for us on a one night stay. The hotel is walk from the centre of town which is a bit hilly on the return. Again not an issue for us but could be for some. - though think it was on a bus route. Overall though highly recommended

The bathroom is very tiny. The water temperature in the shower would suddenly get hot or cold. Sink is too small and no counter to put toiletries. Staff is very nice and hotel is very clean.

Above all the service which was prompt, helpful and friendly. The view of Rouen is gorgeous as are the gardens. Breakfasts are delicious and the food plentiful. Well equipped and pleasent gym A hotel to enjoy and relax in, and a good base to see Rouen

Un 4* low-cost

Une arrivée très étonnante avec Erine : « bonjour nous avons une réservation » réponse d’erine « bah je me doute ». Cette jeune femme mériterait de retourner à l’école hôtelière. Aucun service clientèle à la hauteur d’un 4* ! En effet aucune explication sur l’établissement, les horaires, l’accès au spa, nous ne sommes pas accompagnés à notre chambre, etc On nous remet simplement une carte électronique et on nous réalise une empreinte bancaire « au cas où » on partirai sans payer les suppléments… bref une machine à la place de l’homme aurait très bien fait le même travail et peut être avec plus de courtoisie. Sinon l’établissement est beau, propre, neuf, le petit déjeuné et son buffet à volonté et diversifié. Les équipements sont sympa avec une petite salle de fitness. Cependant, le spa, le pire que nous ayons fait parmi l’ensemble de nos séjours en France et à l’étranger dans des 4 et 5*. Clarisse un accueil dans la même gamme que celui de l’hôtel, une eau à 29 degrés digne d’une piscine municipale. Un sauna à 30 degrés, un hammam qui chauffe jusqu’à seulement 51 degrés et de manière inconstante (bien que la porte soit correctement fermée). Il s’agirait d’être un peu plus vigilant sur les équipements et d’éviter d’économiser de l’argent sur ceux-ci avec des températures au plancher. Conclusion un bel établissement mais qui nécessite de revoir les prestations en particulier humaines, d’autant plus qu’il s’agit d’un 4*…
