A restless stay

I’m a business traveller of 2 years & this is possibly one of the worst stays I’ve booked. I have to say that there was a lady at golden keys called Chelsea who was very responsive & kept her promises and I am grateful to her for sorting out the elements I raised with her of no hairdryer or iron at the apartment. The area is full of drunken/drugged people that actually made me fearful to leave the property at night. These people shouted a lot at bedtime & there is no noise insulation from the windows resulting in not a lot of rest. The apartment had a fridge which I put my pint of milk into to find that it had turned sour by the morning because the fridge was not warm & there was no indication that it wasn’t working. I did then find a table top fridge that had been set up but why was this not communicated or indeed unplug the faulty fridge? There were no luxuries in the apartment, the shower was pretty unpredictable, shower gel & shampoo were one of the same and resembled fairy liquid. Little home comforts & I felt pretty cheated out of my money.
