Our home offers a stunning bedroom - the perfect tranquil space with double bed for a restful night`s sleep after a busy day of exploring the local area - and a gorgeous open-plan kitchen and living room for a romantic cooking night (or relaxing in front of the TV with a takeaway!). The kitchen is fully-equipped with modern appliances and all the basics you’ll need to cook up a storm and our living space also features a comfortable sofa bed, making the home ideal for families or friends, if you`d like seperate beds!

If you are hoping for the ultimate relaxation experience, pamper yourself in our stunning bathroom, complete with a luxurious bathtub and a separate spa-like shower to allow you to fully switch off!

Please note, the home is divided into two self-contained spaces that can be booked separately or together. Due to this, there may be other guests staying within the property, but your accommodation is completely private.

Situated in a vibrant and picturesque area, we are just a short stroll from all of Leamington Spa`s shops, restaurants, and parks. Explore the charm of this historic town while enjoying the convenience of excellent transport links to Warwick, Stratford-upon-Avon, and Birmingham.

Please note, we do have a travel cot available to use at this home but mattress and bedding for this is not provided, however you are of course more than welcome to bring your own.


**Important: To help protect our homes and guests, we may require the lead guest named on the booking to complete an independent ID verification process prior to arrival. It’s nice and easy, taking less than 5 minutes to complete. Please note this MUST be completed by the named booker. If completed by someone else, we will request for the verification to be resubmitted. Failure to complete this process correctly may result in the cancellation of the booking.

Please note: We verify your details before your booking can begin and this must be completed 48 hours prior to your stay. You’ll receive a secure link to our deposit, damage waiver and ID verification platform to complete this step. You’ll be given the choice between paying a fully refundable £300 deposit (with a small, non-refundable £5.00 fee to cover payment processing fees) or purchasing a non-refundable £30 damage waiver, which protects you against accidental damage up to £300 during your stay. Check-in information will only be sent once this is completed.**
