Esperienza pessima: sporcizia inaccettabile e colazione pagata ma mai vista Purtroppo non posso lasciare 0 stelle, altrimenti lo farei. Il soggiorno in questa struttura è stato a dir poco pessimo. L'igiene è completamente inesistente: abbiamo trovato la camera sporca, con polvere ovunque, pavimento non lavato e un bagno che preferisco non descrivere. Lenzuola e asciugamani avevano un odore sgradevole e dubito fortemente che venissero igienizzati o cambiati tra un ospite e l'altro. In un luogo di accoglienza la pulizia dovrebbe essere la base minima, ma qui viene del tutto ignorata. Come se non bastasse, avevamo pagato la quota per la colazione inclusa, che si è rivelata una vera e propria truffa: la colazione non ci è mai stata servita e non abbiamo ricevuto alcuna spiegazione o rimborso dal personale, che si è dimostrato del tutto svogliato e sbrigativo. Rapporto qualità/prezzo pessimo. Struttura assolutamente sconsigliata, evitatela se ci tenete alla salute e ai vostri soldi.
