Excellent place to stay. Convenient location! Back deck is great to watch wildlife and relax.We identified 15 different birds, deer and elk as well as the wild horses.Recommendations: Remote in living room is unresponsive on many buttons would recommend replacing it. The handle on the deck door is gone. It is difficult to open from the outside. Would be very nice to have grab bars in the shower and bathtub areas for safety especially for seniors like us!

The accomodations fit right into the vibe of Ruidoso. Location was perfect for our needs and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The kids loved the wildlife right out the front door. Deer, Elk just peacefully walking by. We loved all the home-like features.

The cabin was lovely. It was nicely decorated and very cosy. Kitchen is well stocked. Everything was very clean. The owner was very quick to respond to anything we needed and resolve immediately even though was a holiday. Will definately stay again if available. Neighborhood is quite and easy to find.

Thanksgiving get away

Christmas Getaway

The perfect get away

This is the third year we have stayed at the Rendevous Cabin. It is the perfect place for either two people or families. Plenty of seating in the living room and the fully equipped kitchen make it perfect. The king size beds in the bedrooms are very comfortable. It’s convenient to golf course and restaurants and get close enough to downtown if you want to do that without the noise. very quietly neighborhood with easy on site parking

Wonderful open concept home

We absolutely loved our stay. The house was just like the pictures. Everything was comfortable and clean. We throughly enjoyed our evenings out on the deck. We watched hummingbirds fight over the feeder. If your looking for a getaway place in the mountains this is what you are looking for.

Family golf outing

The house was beautiful, clean, and cozy. We enjoyed ourselves after we got in. However, we had a difficult time getting in. The first contact I made , I received a code that expired in 15 minutes. We were in the middle of our golf round. I thought, no problem, I’ll just make contact again when we get to the house. I tried to reply to the first message. Nothing. No number to contact Mike and Linda on the letter, so we contacted VRBO. Finally, we got another code to get in after a very frustrating 30 minutes. Once we were in in, everything was great!

Outstanding!

It was easy to see why the Rendezvous Cabin has such high ratings! It is very clean and comfortable. We felt at home immediately. The back deck was wonderful as we enjoyed the hummingbirds, elk, and the cool air! We sat out there a lot. It was also nice to have everything on one level. We will definitely be back next time we're in Ruidoso! Thanks.
