Our private home is located on the beautiful North Coast of Runaway St. Ann. The property sits on the water front overlooking the sea . The view is breathtaking and captivates the eyes at first sight.

We are newly renovated with stylish furnishings, modern décor and popular amenities such as an infinity pool, swim up bar and out door lounge areas. Be surrounded by nature and lush greenery kissed by the sunshine.

The space is very unique since it is an entire house that is divided in to Three condominiums.

All the condominiums has a name and is decorated with different accents.

Condominium ONE( also known as the Crystal suite)

The crystal Suite is a one bedroom condo that consists of bedroom with king bed and ensuite bathroom, full kitchen with dining area and living room (with mobile single bed). This particular condo is situated at the top left side of the villa , sleeps up to three people and has a balcony looking out to the Sea.

Condominium TWO( also known as the Coral Suite)

This particular condo is the Master of all the condos, it is the first suite when entering the villa on the entire ground floor.
The Coral Suite has three bedrooms. One is master bedroom with king bed , the second bedroom is right next to it with twin beds and both rooms are in close proximity to each other and shares the same bathroom. Down the hall is the third bedroom, it has one queen bed and its own bathroom.
There is a full kitchen and living room with dining area, all this is right next to the pool and looks directly out to sea.

Condominiums THREE(also known as Pearl Suite)

The Pearl suite is a one bedroom condo featuring one bedroom with king bed, enclosed bathroom with double entrance, full kitchen and living room area. Of all the condominiums Peal Suite has a living room that is divided into two sections, each has a sofa which can be converted into sofa beds at night, this suite is very spacious, sleeps four people also has it's own private entrance and a magnificent view of the ocean.

Unlike most houses this house was designed to offer variety, choices and options.

This space is great for groups travelling for wedding purposes, business purposes, holiday purposes with your favorite group of people all in one place with adequate convenience.

In addition, a personal cook will be provided upon request. Free house keeping is also provided once during your stay, fresh towels are supplied every three days.

We also decorate for special occasions upon requests at an affordable cost.
