Loved staying in this hotel. The staff is lovely, friendly and helpful. Breakfast excellent. Parking is great. Spa and pool is wonderful. The hotel itself is showing signs of wear and tear little bit and it could be cleaner. I would stay here again, it’s a nice hotel.

Superb hotel and great service.

Absolutely fantastic service at this hotel, the staff could not do enough for us and obviously enjoy working there.Lovely room eith all we needed.Swimming pool, spa and gym included on site.The buffet breakfast had a wide choice of eberything you could want.Definately the place we will stay next time.

Only a one night stay but suited our needs. Receptionist (didn’t get name) was brilliant on arrival and departure. Very welcoming, helpful and chatty. Room was good with all we needed. Very good breakfast and, again, staff member on entering was very pleasant and helpful. Hotel ideally located and would stay again if in that area.

A very tired and run down hotel

All staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly. However the hotel and facilities are very tired and run down. Corridors outside of the lifts had no lighting. The pool and and changing facilities are very old and outdated. Doors to the rooms are old, don’t fit to the floor which can’t be compliant with fire regulations, and let light and sound in and out. The breakfast was good and the restaurant area was lovely.

Runcorn

The bed was old and uncomfortable. The pillows were like bags of mini potatoes. Premier Inn for me next time. Good job it was a super cheap deal.
