In winter, guests enjoy quick access to renowned ski areas such as the Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn, the Hochkönig ski region – Ski amadé, and Zell am See-Kaprun. From May 1, 2025, a mobility fee of €0.50 per guest (aged 15+) will allow free use of all public transport in the Salzburg region. Guests are expected to respect house rules, and the host reserves the right to decline bookings from previous violators.
