Najwa at check in was great! Haven’t had customer service like that in a real long time. And the facility is spectacular. Everything is updated and clean. No carpet in the room, huge plus! Wish there were more Alofts like this. Would definitely be back.

The front desk staff were super personable and helpful. The room was cute, with cool decor and I loved the old school looking amp speaker that had blue tooth to connect to your personal music. Great shower and comfy bed.

Shower water luke warm, hairdryer not hot, bedside table lightbulb out, no iron, bathroom mirror lighting so bright, I had to turn off. Furniture and set up was uncomfortable. Soap/ shampoo and lotion was DryBar and smelled very strongly of men’s cologne. Terrible free coffee, no complimentary breakfast.

The room design was not good for a family because the shower is open to the room. The room was two queen beds and therefore meant for more than just a couple. One bed was for my husband and I and the other bed was for our teenager. With no door/wall between the shower and the rest of the room, we had to go hang out in the lobby while our teenager showered.
