I’ve stayed at this property 3x”s within the last 5 months and each time it has been exceptional. Two stats were personal and one stat was with a large wedding party. The staff has been amazing on my solo trips as well as the family/friend stay. Even when a situation arose that needed attention, it has been handled with professionalism and care. The rooms are nicely decorated and supplied with all amenities. I did need tissue once and they made sure I had it. Also one time the floor needed to be vacuumed and I asked the front desk and they immediately sent someone to take care of it. My only complaint would be about breakfast. The food is always cold. And there’s no milk or creamer alternative for those of us who are lactose intolerant!

This property was closed to the Sacramento airport, right off the freeway. While we weren’t there very long it was a comfortable stay. The beds were nice and the rooms were spacious. The facility seemed new and updated. I wish the free breakfast was open earlier so we could’ve taken advantage of it before we left.

To be honest, the only positive that I have for this location is that the common areas are very clean. The room I was given (#356, multi bed suite w/ kitchenette same as booked) was literally under construction. It had not been vacuumed nor mopped, there was tape holding boards together, an entire countertop missing that had measurements written on it, the furniture had goodscratch marks like an animal had scratched all over it, stained carpet, temporary boards with loose screws, and dirty walls and appliances (I have pics). When I asked to move I was told they were booked for the night. I then asked if there could be a note placed that should there be any cancellations or check outs that we could be accommodated. She would not agree to placing a note and instead asked how many people were in our party and when I told her there were four, she accused me pretty much of manipulating my reservation and told me that there would be an extra charge of $25 per day for each additional person. For the record it was myself my husband and my 16 and 17-year-old children. Needless to say, the conversation went left and ultimately my husband and I agreed to deal with it in the morning as it had already placed a damper on our trip. Staff came in our room unannounced to supposedly get towels, but never cleaned the room, which made me feel very unsettled. FYI, this is a shortened version due to limited space. I do not recommend this location at all!!!

The room was large and very comfortable. The lobby and bar were very nice and the breakfast was good. The room was not super clean and some of the lights weren’t working. I addressed it with the front desk and it was never fixed. Overall the location and quality of the hotel is really good.
