Friendly and courteous staff from the front desk to housekeeping. The property is newer, open, airy, clean and sanitary. I did not use the pool or gym but peeked in and they appeared fine. The complementary breakfast which is comparable to most. The bathroom is spacious and I loved the walk-in shower, I do recommend for safety they consider adding some slip stickers to the bottom of the shower. What took me off Guard is the fact that there is very Little Storage available in the room. Zero Drawers to unpack your belongings only a small shelf next to the small refrigerator. The closet is small but suitable for a short stay.

Very clean, new hotel with big, bright, open rooms. Staff was polite and welcoming. Manager, Matt, was a bit too easy to manipulate when it comes to guests complaints. We came back late from a concert at the casino, which didn't end until 11pm, as I'm sure many people do, as this is pretty common. Their was an older couple next to us. The man came knocking on our door saying his wife has to get up at 6am, further stating we were being too loud. We did walk in laughing as the door shut, so I get it. We began speaking lower but then decided to sit in the lobby and eat some food, so that we didn't disturb them, out of consideration. I called the office the next morning around 9am to request another night and the manager, Matt, answered with "that's a no-go. We can't accommodate that with the noise complaints from next door." To which I replied "I'm on my way down. We can talk about it." I presume he saw the grey in my beard and as I explained what occurred, he replied that the other guests came up with some weird stories, but then allowed us to stay. Admittedly, I was a little offended that he assumed there was a party because of what some random, old, grouchy boomer told him on the phone. It was just my husband, sister and me. Other than this strange and awkward event, everything else was fine. By the way, the breakfast did not contain fresh cracked eggs as advertised; tasted like powdered eggs cooked in a square tin, as they had some right-angled shapes in it. No omelets.

A fairly new build however the pool is very small. The rooms were small but the bathrooms were large. We got locked out of our rooms and the service was very slow to get us a new key. Breakfast was limited on options

Ok hotel, its new but i doubt it will age gracefully. Super thin walls, pillows are a complete joke they are so unpadded. No comforter and sheets were scratchy. Bathroom was a little dirty, i found a bloody tissue paper. No shampoo in refill plus they are gross because they are not tamper proof.

The only thing that was annoying is i kept getting booted off of wifi. So my mobile data went through the roof.
