I had called in advance to have a ground floor and they did do that , having said that the room was all the way to the end of the hallway it was very painful to have to walk that distance, they did see I had a cane with me. The room was not handicapped ready no safety bar in restroom I had to struggle to get up. All in all it wasn't all that great. The door to room had to be slammed to shut it it wouldn't close. Never again

Clean and quiet, with great black out curtains. Only issue is the remote didn't work and the desk staff said we had to come collect a working one from the desk. They didn't offer to bring it to us. It was late and we were already in bed. Didn't want to get dressed again for the remote.

Conveniently located, and the breakfast was nice, other than that, not great. The receptionist looked bored and not willing to help, the room smelled musty, all (and I mean ALL) the doors and drawers were broken, the sheets were dirty, and there was a group of construction workers (apparently staying at the hotel) who were drinking and talking loud for HOURS in the parking lot right outside the rooms!

The room smelled like humidity, and as soon as we walked in we saw a roach and not the only one. We had to leave right away and when we came back there was more in the cups that were left and the bathroom as well. Giving it two starts cause the guy at the front desk was nice other than that nothing else good to say. I guess it’s true when they say you get what you pay for.

You get what you pay for. Clean rooms, convenient location right beside freeway and river trail. Other guests are a mixed bag, some look like they live there... not going to say I wasn't worried about my car overnight. But there is security around all night. Staff seemed a bit overwhelmed. Breakfast has powdered eggs but it was enough food to get going. If you can handle "a little rough around the edges", this is for you.
